Purchase terms & AI disclaimer

1. What Dipinio provides

Dipinio is an AI-assisted learning and note-taking service. Your selected plan states its price, app-access period and included AI credit before payment. Prices are in US dollars. Renewals are manual; there is no automatic subscription renewal.

AI credit is usable inside Dipinio. It is consumed according to confirmed AI usage and is separate from app-access duration. Using included AI requires active app access. Purchased credit is not a cash balance or credit added to your personal OpenRouter account.

A request can consume AI credit even if it fails or its output is not useful, when the AI provider reports a charge.

2. AI content and your use

AI-generated answers, notes, quizzes and other content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or outdated. Check important information independently before relying on it. Dipinio does not guarantee any learning outcome or the correctness of an AI response.

The service is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and deciding how to use it.

3. Availability and third-party services

Dipinio uses third-party AI providers and payment services. Availability, response times and model performance may vary. Requests can fail, providers can be temporarily unavailable and models can change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Information you submit for AI processing may be sent to the relevant AI services. Submit only information you are entitled to share.

4. Final sales and refunds

All purchases, including app access, renewals and AI credit, are final. We do not offer discretionary refunds for changing your mind, unused access or unused AI credit. This policy does not prevent a refund, cancellation or other remedy required by applicable law.

If you believe a payment was duplicated, unauthorized or charged incorrectly, or that you are entitled to a remedy under applicable law, contact us at admin@dipinio.com.

5. Legal rights and responsibilities

These terms describe the service’s limitations; they do not eliminate every legal responsibility of Dipinio or its operator. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or waives consumer rights, statutory guarantees, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms do not retroactively change the terms of purchases made before they were accepted.
